WPT Application Examples

This application is of a steel uncoiler, using a 208 LI clutch to position the roll and a 118 Copper Cooled Brake stops the roll for the cut. The Customer had a problem with the original clutch, as the metal sheets were overlapping.

Industrial Clutch Parts Ltd retrofitted a W08-OA-200 onto a sprocket with bearing and locking plate, reworked shaft and replaced the center water jacket inside the existing 118 Copper Cooled Brake.
